First to complete my matches with 27 days to spare - I call it the "Som Nhem" tactic after his success in the last box league iteration. I´m expecting a grand prize from Randall in recognition of my efforts.
(Thanks Buddug, good game!) |

Really good match against Buddug yesterday. Very flattering scoreline considering I managed to win all the sudden death points of which there were atleast 4. Look forward to our next battle! |

Close match against Tom. First set went with serve but a big sudden death deuce gave me a 3-1 lead in the 2nd which I was able to close out. Back to being a doubles team again now.. |

Really close match against Andrew which had enough long rallies to keep the cold at bay. Nice variety of points without many unforced errors. Thanks for the good game Andrew |

With a backdrop of sodden weather, and the master of box court ceremonies (Randall) giving way so we could play our match when our own court was unplayable, I snuck a win that on another day, or in a more traditional format, could have been the other way round.
P.s. @Tom: I´m really jealous of your beard! |
